After having watched 23 straight Bond films, I naturally got to thinking about future Bond films and who I’d like to see in them. Naturally Daniel Craig won’t be Bond forever, and in a few years I think the crown will be passed on. It isn’t really easy to think of who could be the … Continue reading

All The Way Through Evening is a wonderful and touching musical-documentary, and one that certainly deserves more words than I can give it at this time. Director Rohan Spong has crafted a very beautiful film, one that feels very much like a passion project, about passion. The subject matter here is about the ’70-something’ concert … Continue reading

Director: Tim Gibbons Starring: Betty White, Reatha Grey, Micahel Yama The Show: Betty White is the darling of comedy; she has been entertaining us all for generations. Starring: Jason O’Mara, Stephen Lang, Shelley Con, Landon Liboiron, Naomi Scott, Alana Mansour The Show: Terra Nova was a huge television event last year, it was advertised quite a lot and the marketing suggested it was an action adventure about dinosaurs. The show did not get a Second Season, the ratings were just not there … Continue reading

Dir: Maïwenn Starring: Karin Viard, Joey Starr, Marina Foïs, Nicolas Duvauchelle, Maïwenn The Film: The first thing that came to mind after I watched Polisse was that it felt like a film version of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit – only far more disturbing and hard hitting (although SVU has pushed the boundaries before). … Continue reading
I decided that with my down time, I may as well embark on all 22 Bond films in the lead up to Skyfall’s Australian release this week. Rather than review each film, as I still am not able to type very well, I figured I’d live tweet my viewing. So broken down by each film, … Continue reading
