The Tubi Tuesdays Podcast Episode 35 – Shocking Dark (1989)

Welcome back to our podcast series from The Super Network and Pop4D called Tubi Tuesdays! This podcast series is focused on discovering and doing commentaries for films found on the free streaming service Tubi, at TubiTV

Your hosts for Tubi Tuesdays are Super Marcey, ‘The Terrible Australian’ Bede Jermyn and Prof. Batch (co-host of Web Tales: A Spider-Man Podcast), will take turns each week picking a film to watch and most of them will be ones we haven’t seen before.

G’day folks and welcome to episode 35, your usual trio of trouble makers are back this week with Marcey, Bede and Batch to watch another random film streaming on Tubi. This week it is Marcey’s pick, she decided we needed to do a Bruno Mattei film after the raging success of Night Killer and his reshoots and the pick is Shocking Dark otherwise known as Terminator II. Whilst billed in some territories as a sequel to The Terminator (1984) it is a basic rip off of Aliens (1986) with minor Terminator elements.

Shocking Dark aka Terminator II was directed by Bruno Mattei, written by Claudio Fragrasso (with Rosella Drudi) and stars Christopher Ahrens, Haven Tyler, Geretta Geretta, Fausto Lombardi, Mark Steinborn and Dominica Coulson.
