The Blackcoat’s Daughter was written and directed by Oz Perkins and it stars Emma Roberts, Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Boynton, James Remar, Lauren Holly, Greg Ellwand, Elana Krausz and Heather Tod Mitchell.
Plot Synopsis from IMDB: Two girls must battle a mysterious evil force when they get left behind at their boarding school over winter break.
Black Narcissus was written and directed by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger and it stars Deborah Kerr, Kathleen Byron, David Farrar, Flora Robson, Jenny Laird, Judith Furse, Sabu, Jean Simmons and Esmond Knight.
Plot Synopsis from IMDB: A group of nuns struggle to establish a convent in the Himalayas, while isolation, extreme weather, altitude, and culture clashes all conspire to drive the well-intentioned missionaries mad.
