Hello listeners and welcome back to The Tubi Tuesdays Podcast as the crew continue TROMA month! This week Bede got to choose the Troma film streaming on Tubi to watch and it is one of Troma’s classics with Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. (1990), another ‘superhero-esque’ classic. Marcey, Bede and Batch are joined by a very special guest this week with Derek Smith, a big Troma fan and a former moderator of the old Troma forums! Did this film transform everyone’s lives? Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. was directed by Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz and it stars Harry Griswold who transforms into SGT Kabukiman but also a clown, the famous car flip and explosion scene, flying scenes that might be better than those in Superman IV and perhaps the greatest or the worst caterpillar eye brows ever.
