Greetings and salutations, welcome to The Tubi Tuesdays Podcast and welcome to TROMA month! That’s right folks, all of May your trio of awesome will be watching Troma films that are currently streaming on Tubi. This week Prof. Batch got to make the pick and he chose The Toxic Avenger (1984) for the first film of Troma month! The Toxic Avenger is one of Troma’s best known and most popular properties, all three hosts have seen the film before and one character may relate to Bede just a little too well.

The Toxic Avenger was directed by Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz and it stars Melvin/Toxie, the worst gang members and bullies ever, bad comb overs, imitation Tom Savini’s and not actually Bozo the clown.

If you have never listened to a commentary before and want to watch the film along with the podcast, here is how it works.
