Back in 2009 Australian writer/director Benjamin Gilmour released his debut film SON OF A LION, a Pakistani set family drama that won a lot raves from both audiences and critics when it many film festivals all over the world. After a detour to documentary genre with the 2012 PARAMEDICO, Gilomour is back with his long waited narrative follow-up with JIRGA, a film about one Australian soldier’s journey to for forgiveness from an that was shot and set entirely in Afghanistan.
