Transsiberian

3.5/5 I really did not know much at all going into this, I had seen the trailer a while back, but couldn’t really remember much, just that it had Woody Harrelson and Emily Mortimer and it took place on a train. Here is yet another film I think benefited from not knowing much about it. … Continue reading →

Creative

Last couple of nights I felt like picking up a pencil and paper and just drawing, I didn’t have anything in mind but I just felt like getting it out. For what ever reason, I seem to have a thing for drawing Hawkgirl, I’ve drawn my 3rd picture of her. I’m not sure what the … Continue reading →

It has been that long already

So, it is like November 6th already, I’ve been in Melbourne since the evening of October 21st. Hard to believe it has been that long already! It seems just like yesterday I made the decision to move and was looking for houses and work. Everything is great really, the Unit is fine, it is smaller … Continue reading →

Melbourne Armageddon Expo 2008

Well I planned to write this over the weekend but I didn’t get around to it lol Well Armageddon Expo was pretty awesome, it was such a fantastic experience, I couldn’t have imagined how great it turned out to be. Since the very first WWE Diva Search took place, several years ago I have been … Continue reading →

[Mini Review] Body Of Lies (2008)

[Mini Review] Body Of Lies (2008)

I got to say going in this not really knowing about it, kind of made it all the more interesting. Watching everything unravel at the start was great. It just takes you right in there and leaves you there. Ridley Scott is perfect for this type of film, and he has such a great cast. … Continue reading →

8 days to go

Well next Monday the removalists are coming and then next Tuesday morning we’ll be leaving for Melbourne. Not long now and a whole new life, fresh start, its all very exciting but also very stressful getting all this done. It’ll be nice once we get there and unpack and everything. Hopefully I wont be out … Continue reading →

Eagle Eye

0.5/5 This film is terrible, plain and simple. It starts off promising enough, but as soon as things start to happen it just gets worse and worse and more ridiculous. It is so unbelievable on all levels, it expects its audience to be extremely stupid. I found most of the action to be pretty terrible … Continue reading →

Whoa its been awhile

Holy crap, it has been awhile since I’ve actually blogged! I guess a lot has happened and I just haven’t really had the time! Well first things first, I am no longer a single girl. I have a partner in crime, and he really is the best thing of all time! Next time, I am … Continue reading →

Son Of Rambow/FunnyGames/Stuck

4.5/5 What a simply fantastic film! I loved this so much, it is easily going on my favourite films list! The story is a good one, you have one boy who wants to make a film, he is a bit of a delinquent, you have another boy who is shy and his religion doesn’t allowed … Continue reading →

Been awhile eh…

I just realised it has been a while since I’ve actually blogged. Reason for that would be the never ending back problems, had to have time off because it had gotten that bad. Been getting massage treatments and chiropractic treatments. Unfortunately they haven’t fixed the problem, that might take quite a long time before anything … Continue reading →

[Mini Review] The Babysitters (2007)

[Mini Review] The Babysitters (2007)

I’d seen the trailer and it had me quite interested, I always fall for the films about teenagers acting badly. Basically its about a girl in High School who turns her babysitting service into a prostitution service so she can make money for college. Of course it gets more complicated then that, but you have … Continue reading →

The Ruins

3/5 Where to start with this? I’d heard this was really good, heard mostly positive things about it. I can see where that comes from, but personally I was pretty disappointed. I’ve never actually read the book, and I didn’t really know what it was about. It has the kind of vibe Cabin Fever has, … Continue reading →

Wanted

3/5 I really thought I would like this a lot more then I actually did. I still want to re-watch it and see if my opinion changes. I just didn’t think it was as good as people made it out to be. The action is great to watch, it is way over the top and … Continue reading →
