Welcome back to our podcast series from The Super Network and Pop4D called Tubi Tuesdays Podcast! This podcast series is focused on discovering and doing commentaries/watch a longs for films found on the free streaming service Tubi, at TubiTV
Your hosts for Tubi Tuesdays are Super Marcey, ‘The Terrible Australian’ Bede Jermyn and Prof. Batch (From Pop4D & Web Tales: A Spider-Man Podcast), will take turns each week picking a film to watch and most of them will be ones we haven’t seen before.
Welcome to spooooky month here at The Tubi Tuesdays Podcast, hope you’re ready for a month of horror films! This week to kick off proceedings is our Patreon Poll Pick episode, where one of the hosts will pick four films streaming on Tubi and the Patreons vote in the poll and decide the film. Unfortunately the poll picks were Bede’s choice and in true Bede fashion he chose four films that he hadn’t seen and the Patreon’s voted for Halloween Hell (2014) starring Eric Roberts, one of the heroes of this podcast. Marcey and Batch are scared, so they should be! Does Halloween Hell rank as one of the worst film covered for the show? Listen in and find out!
Halloween Hell was written and directed by Ed Hunt, it stars Eric Roberts, awful CGI, a weird demon with CGI fire legs, a Dracula statue and some rather questionable acting.
If you have never listened to a commentary before and want to watch the film along with the podcast, here is how it works. You simply need to grab a copy of the film or load it up on Tubi (you may need alcohol), and sync up the podcast audio with the film. We will tell you when to press and you follow along, it is that easy! Because we have watched the films on Tubi, it is a free service and there are ads, however we will give a warning when it comes up, so you can pause the film and provide time stamps to keep in sync.
