[Audio Review] Aquaman (2018) by Bede Jermyn

Even though he has been one of the most beloved and major superheroes of the DC universe for decades, it has taken a very long time for Aquaman to make the leap from the comic book page to the big screen. There have been many attempts to make a film based around him but for many years nothing was able to pan out. However things when former GAME OF THRONES star Jason Momoa was cast as Aquaman for the DC Extended Universe films of BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (which appeared in a cameo) and JUSTICE LEAGUE. After his well received scene-stealing portrayal in the latter film, the tide was high (no pun intended) for the character to be the centre of his film. Now under the direction of Australian director James Wan (SAW, INSIDIOUS, THE CONJURING and FURIOUS 7), that has finally has arrived in the form of AQUAMAN. The following review of the film is in an audio format. Enjoy!
