Who possibly would have thought the first Alvin And The Chipmunks film from a few years ago would have been so popular that it has now spawned three sequels? No really, who would have thought? The first film while highly flawed was at least watchable and it contained some laughs and some good moments. The other sequels though, not so watchable and extremely annoying, so how does this fourth one stack up? Less annoying, and watchable, the best of the three sequels. You can listen to my audio review below, and decide if you haven’t whether this one is worth your time or compare your thoughts to mine.
One thing I forgot to mention in the audio review was that the film seemed to have toned down on the singing, there are maybe 2 or 3 big numbers and the music did not feel like it out stayed its welcome. Where as with the other sequels it felt like there were too many and it became over bearing.
