Every year here at SuperMarcey.com we love to get involved with the Oscars, we dedicate two podcast episodes to the award ceremony and usually have a post or two about them.
This year I have decided to place my predictions down, something to wet your appetite while we organise our Pre-Oscar podcast.
This list is simply what I think will take the award home, not what I actually want to win (you’ll need to tune in to the future podcast for that.). I have included the bigger categories and keeping it simple. For each category the one that is underlined and italic is my pick.
And here we goooo …

Nominees to be determined
Excellent choices all, but I would guess the Globes are right this year and we’re looking at a repeat of Argo/Pi from 2013. Best Director to Gravity, Best Picture to 12 Years A Slave. The only lock is Cate Blanchett. Then again, Ben Affleck probably would have won last year…if he’d been nominated.

I think Cate is the definite lock this year, for once Best Supporting Actor/Actress is not a complete lock. Although I’d be surprised if Leto didn’t take it out.
