Yeah, Joe Spinell (the Maniac) was in a bunch of movies (Rocky, Godfather to name the big ones) but he was never the lead in a movie and he always wanted his face on a movie poster so he decided to do this movie Manic. One day the final poster came out and someone asked for his reaction when they showed it to him. Not only was he disappointed that his face wasn't shown, but the poster made it look like he had a hard-on.
